Order Cancellation:-
Once you place the order then it can be cancel before 24 hours from the delivery date.
If you want to cancel the order without any specific reason the cancellation charges (5% to 10%) would be applicable.
To order cancellation you have to send us a confirmation mail from the same e-mail id with order number.
Through the phone call order cancellation could not be acceptable.
Once the delivery attempted from our side then order would not be cancelled.
In case of bankers needs ID proof of sender then sender is legally responsible to send the same as it may be case of fraud. If customer denies to sending the same then order will be on hold.
If customer wants to reschedule the order then kindly inform us through the mail before 24 hours from the delivery date. You can send us mail at [email protected].
Once you place the order then it will be delivered on the mentioned date as per your requirement but in standard delivery time slot (9 am to 7pm) we can not commit for the exact time. You can mention the time in ‘’Instructions for us’’ column on the checkout page we will try to follow the same.
In midnight delivery you have to pay extra midnight delivery charges as mentioned on the website. Midnight delivery timing is 11:00 pm to 12:15 am. So if the occasion date is 5th then for midnight delivery you have to select the delivery date as 4th and your order will be delivered in the midnight delivery timing but we will try to deliver it around 12:00 am .
If customer cancelled the order then the amount will be refunded to your same account. Through cheque and cash refund can not be possible. And we can provide the coupon code of same amount which you can use on our website for any order.
In case of any complain regarding the order you have to raise complain through the mail within 24 hours after the delivery. We assured you that our team will look into the matter and solve complain within 24 to 48 working hours to make our customers happy and satisfied.
If you place the order for any outskirt area then we will inform you through the mail regarding the same and you have to pay extra delivery charges to proceed the order.
Valentine’s day Price Policy :
In case customer wants deliver to be done in between 12th -Feb to 16th -Feb (every year) then they have to select the products (especially flowers) only from Valentine’s Day section only. In case they selected products from other page or section then they have to pay the balance or extra amount. Without extra payment, if any, order will not be processed and if a customer denies paying then order will be stand cancel. Please note: that no refund will be applicable. However, final decision will be sole discretion of Send Online Cake and customer will be bind to the same.
Special Occasions Delivery :
The cut off time for guaranteed VALENTINE'S DAY, MOTHER’ DAY, Friendship Day, Women’s Day, Christmas Day New Year, Rakhi & Diwali etc. delivery is the day before occasion. Due to the large volume of orders Send Online Cake will be delivering for said occasion, we cannot guarantee any timed deliveries. However, you can rest assured that we will endeavour to have all orders delivered as soon as possible, but any orders placed after the cut off time or in case of heavy order rush it may be delivered the next day of occasion. There would be no time bound delivery on 13th-Feb & 14th-Feb and on Mother’s Day or on any major Indian festival. Midnight deliveries on or before said days will be between 10PM - 2AM. Any pending delivery of 13th-Feb & 14th-Feb and on Mother’s Day will be done on next day due to heavy rush of orders. In all these situations no any order cancellation and refund applicable.
We can not commit for the exact image as shown in the picture of flowers, regular products and premium products as mentioned on the website because it depends upon the floral designer, bakers and workers but we will try to make it as shown in the picture.
Delivery timings, if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, during rush days like Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day, Rakhi, New year Eve etc. The order cancellation would not be possible in such circumstances and order will be executed on the consecutive days.
Shipping Policy :
Once you place the order the order then it will be delivered within 2 to 4 hours. In advance orders it will be delivered on the mentioned date and time. And standard delivery timing is 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. For midnight delivery it will be delivered in between 11:00 PM to 12:15 AM.The complete delivery timing is 9:00 AM to 12:15 AM.

If you wish to cancel your order then please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund. In case of Courier Products cancellation is not possible if the product is dispatched from the workshop.
If the product received is damaged/defective/Wrong, then please report the issue to our customer support team within 24 hrs of delivery along with an image of the item delivered. Our team will assess the request and, if eligible we will process the refund to your original payment method.
Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with subject "Order Cancellation Request: Your-Order Id"and you have to sent it to [email protected] with a proper cancellation reason.
Refund shall be made if the order was cancelled and order was not deliver to the recipient. Note: If the recipient is not present at the delivery address provided by the sender or refuses to accept the delivery then refund is not possible in that case.
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the approval of the refund request. Firstly our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. Note: It may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Customized or personalized items, as well as items that have been consumed or damaged after delivery, are not eligible for refunds.
If Cakes, Flowers, Sweets or any other perishable items are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender then refund will not be possible.
Complaints need to be made within 48 hours from the time of delivery, after which we will not be able to register any complaints.
Changes to orders, such as delivery address modifications or product substitutions, may be accommodated if requested within a reasonable timeframe before the scheduled delivery.
Send Online Cake will process an online refund on confirmation through email or phone call to the customer. Once we processes the refund, it takes 10 to 15 business days to reflect in your account as per standard banking timelines.
